END OF SEASON CERTIFICATE  SUBMISSION 

Coaches we now submit our end of year certificate requests to Bob Kernell and Frank Boster at Collegiate Awards. 

Attached is a sample spreadsheet on how we will need the excel document for certificates moving forward. It is pretty simple.   

The sheet has 3 tabs/pages at the bottom (Varsity Letter, Participation, All-Conference)

  -Each Page has a Column (Name, Sport, Year) for Regular Certificates and (Team, Name, Sport, Year) for All-Conference

  -The text they type in each column will appear EXACTLY like this on the Certificate.  Ex:  If they type Boster, Frank on the spreadsheet - this is how it will look on the certificate.

 - I have attached a sample of an All-Conference Certificate showing how the certificate is setup(variable information) to help better understand why we need the spreadsheet in a specific layout.  If the spreadsheet is received like the sample I am sending - it speeds things up - we don't have to type anything.

To submit a request download the attached "USE THIS FORM TO SUBMIT PDF", make it sport specific and send to orders@collegiateawards.com and 
bobk@collegiateawards.com and CC ME, Tricia Middleton. 

This has to be submitted two weeks in advance.  The certificates will be mailed to LHS and put in your mailbox.
